A bachelor’s degree in chemistry education at Missouri State can be completed in four years or a total of eight semesters. However, a four-year degree plan does not take into account dual credit or transfer credit that you may bring upon admission to the University.
Two degree options
The chemistry education program provides two options for completing your degree in chemistry: categorical and unified science. The categorical science program certifies you to teach only chemistry courses. The unified program certifies you to teach basic, introductory level science courses in a high school setting.
